Creating Curated Searches and Lists

Administrators can share saved searches and lists of selected funding opportunties using the Curated Search and Lists feature. These can be displayed to users under Home > Curated Opps, shared as an Embedded Search, or included in a Newsletter.
 

Create a Curated Search

  1. Create a saved search.
  2. Go to Home > Saved Searches, select Options > Move to Curated Search.
  3. To make it visible to users under Public Curated Lists and Searches, go to Home > Curated, open the search, and tick Display.
  4. You can also copy a direct link to share and edit the search anytime.

Sharing a Curated Search

Any Search curated or not can be shared via the Share Search button within the search results page, from here you share the search with other users or groups with a custom message

You can also share searches from the saved searches section via the home button, just select that from the options tab.

Create a Curated List

  1. Run a search under the Funding tab or open an existing saved/curated search.
  2. Select the opportunities you want and click Curate.
  3. Choose Create New List, enter a name, and click Create to add opportunities.

Sharing a Curated List

Curated lists can be shared from the above page simply select the share option after highlighting the the opportunities, this can also be done from the Tracked Opportunities section via the home button, just select that from the options tab.
